Every photo shoot is unique and this past week I was able to capture not one, but two photo shoots for one model and I even captured some shots of them and their dog. One day we're taking pictures in a park, down on a pier, and snapping poses in a spacious backyard with a beautiful red-nose Pitbull, and later on in the week we're climbing through bushes, posing on dead stumps, then climbing stairs with some unique Jordan 12s to get the perfect shot.
Regatta Park located in Coconut Grove is one of my favorite parks to have a photo shoot as it compliments certain outfits and it's a great scene for most shoots. There's a huge field located in the middle of the park and surrounding the field are a couple of walkways and gardens that can be used to create different looks. There're also a few tables located in the corner of the park that creates a lush environment perfect for certain looks. With the Atlantic Ocean being a short walk away, the park adds a different scene as the ocean view can create a crisp background that makes the subject pop and stand out in pictures. After 40 or so minutes we finished the photo shoot with his gorgeous Pitbull named Nailah in his his backyard, on his front porch, and in front of his house.
Later on in the week we linked up again for another shoot located in Coconut Grove. This time we walked our way through The Barnacle Historic State Park where we swiped through spider webs and balanced over uneven rocks and logs to find the right shot to tell the perfect story. After our photo shoot in the park, we made our way over to Soles (A shoe store located in The Grove) to buy the perfect shoes for an outfit change. We thought of doing a "gritty" photo shoot in the Coconut Grove Playhouse parking lot and the location complimented the combination of White and Blue Jordan 12s with a white and red bottom 'outsole' with a Nike-Jordan Jacket very well. After posing under a staircase, sitting down on the floor to show the bottom of the shoes, and climbing 3 flights of stairs to get some good angles I could easily say we had an eventful and fun hour capturing the story. Check out some of the pictures below and thank you for reading!
